California Court of Appeal
In re A.A., 262556
In an action brought by a former dependent of the juvenile court for violations of Penal Code section 288(a), lewd or lascivious acts with a child under the age of 14, contending that notwithstanding his commitment and nonminor status, the juvenile court should have maintained dependency jurisdiction over him and provided him with services under the California Fostering Connections to Success Act, Assembly Bill No. 12 (2009-2010 Reg. Sess.) (A.B. 12), the court's termination of dependency jurisdiction over him is affirmed where there was no error.
