Order denying defendant's motion to withdraw guilty plea to first degree residential burglary, Pen. Code sections 459, 460(a), which resulted in defendant's deportation from the U.S., is affirmed over defendant's almost-frivolous claim that the trial court failed to properly advise her of the immigration consequences of the conviction when the change of plea was entered, section 1016.5.
