Cruz v. Sun World Int'l LLC, 069719

In a suit brought by agriculture workers, alleging they and the other members of the proposed class were jointly employed by defendant and that defendant maintained policies and practices that resulted in defendant not paying plaintiffs and other nonexempt agricultural employees all wages due them, the trial court's denial of plaintiffs' motion for class certification is affirmed where there was no error in the court's ruling, as the court's reasoning did not rest on improper criteria or erroneous legal assumption.
