In a suit for personal injury and property damage allegedly suffered in an automobile accident, the trial court's order excluding he testimony of three of plaintiff's proposed witnesses, imposed as an evidence sanction for plaintiff's alleged failure to respond completely to an interrogatory, is vacated where the court abused its discretion in excluding the testimony of the three witnesses.
