In an action asserting claims for negligence and strict products liability, together with several related claims, against a company, alleging that asbestos-containing products it distributed caused plaintiff's mesothelioma, the trial court's grant of nonsuit is reversed solely with respect to plaintiff's claim for strict products liability, and affirmed in all other respects, where evidence sufficed to show that defendant while acting as a subcontractor in the construction of a commercial building, was in the stream of commerce relating to the asbestos-containing products, for purposes of the imposition of strict liability.
