In parent's appeal of the orders entered following the jurisdiction and disposition hearing in the juvenile dependency case of their minor children, the juvenile court's finding under the Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA), 25 U.S.C. section 1901 et seq., is reversed where it erred by finding ICWA inapplicable to this case without providing notice to the tribes in which the parent claimed potential membership.
