Holloway v. Quetel, 259622

In an action brought by an incarcerated, self-represented plaintiff appealing the trial court's finding that he had not provided required documentation and failed to carry his burden of proof with regard to entry of a default judgment on his complaint for unpaid rent and damages to the rental property, the trial court's judgment is reversed and remanded with directions to give plaintiff a reasonable period of time to attempt to file the request for entry of default with the required form CIV-100.
