Code section 187(a), gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated, section 191.5(a), and driving with a suspended license is affirmed where: 1) substantial evidence established defendant was under the influence of a drug; and 2) substantial evidence established implied malice, and defendant's blood test results were not subject to exclusion.
