In a case dealing with the issue of whether a juvenile court may retain jurisdiction over a dependency case after the subject child has died, for the purpose of learning the child's cause of death and/or appointing a guardian ad litem to investigate potential tort claims for the child's estate, the juvenile court determination that it must terminate its jurisdiction under the circumstances is affirmed where the juvenile court was not authorized to retain jurisdiction indefinitely for the purpose of determining child's cause of death.
