In an arbitration dispute arising from a GAP contract sold to plaintiff by defendant auto dealer while purchasing a car, the trial court's order denying defendant's motion to compel arbitration is affirmed where the lack of the arbitration clause is the Spanish language version of the contract and plaintiff's reasonable reliance on the Spanish version of the contract voided the required mutual assent to arbitrate.
