Sentence and conviction for assault with a deadly weapon, involving an attack with a tire iron upon a homeless man, are affirmed over defendant's meritless claims that the trial court erred in: 1) denying his motion to suppress evidence; and 2) refusing to exclude the victim's civil attorney from the trial, in limiting cross-examination of the victim for financial bias, in refusing to permit defendant to offer certain other impeachment evidence, and in denying a pinpoint instruction on financial bias.
