In re Albert C., B256480

In proceedings against a minor on a juvenile delinquency petition, Welf. & Inst. Code section 602, the delinquency court's reinstatement of proceedings against the minor is affirmed over claims that the proceedings violated various constitutional and statutory provisions as well as a protocol drafted by the Presiding Judge of Juvenile Court in Los Angeles, where: 1) the minor was competent; and 2) had "exaggerated" his inability to understand the nature of the proceedings.
