Buchanan v. Soto, D065652

In a case seeking to set aside an allegedly fraudulent transfer of real property, the trial court's denials of defendant's motions to vacate entry of default judgment pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 473 and to quash service of summons and dismiss pursuant to section 418.10, are affirmed over defendant's claims that the court erred because it did not have personal jurisdiction over him and he was not properly served with process.
