People v. Farwell, B257775

Convictions of gross vehicular manslaughter, Pen. Code section 192(c)(1), and driving when his driver's license was suspended or revoked, Veh. Code section 14601.1(a), are affirmed over claims that the trial court did not explicitly advise defendant of his constitutional trial rights before accepting his stipulation to the substantive crime, where: 1) in connection with the stipulation, the trial court did not commit reversible error; and 2) under the totality of the circumstances the record affirmatively shows the stipulation was voluntary and intelligent.
