In re Tyler R., B261136
In a mother's appeal of a juvenile court's jurisdictional findings and dispositional order declaring her son to be a person described by Welfare and Institutions Code section 300(b) and removing him from her custody, the juvenile court's orders are affirmed over claims that: 1) the orders are not supported by substantial evidence; and 2) the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services did not make reasonable efforts to prevent or eliminate the need for Tyler’s removal from her home.
