California Court of Appeal
In re Aurora P., A143211
In a minor's appeal of the juvenile court's termination of jurisdiction and dismissal of dependency, which the social services agency recommended, the judgment is affirmed where: 1) minors were the parties opposing the termination of dependency jurisdiction and they bore the burden of establishing by a preponderance of the evidence that the conditions justifying initial assumption of dependency jurisdiction either still existed or were likely to exist if supervision were withdrawn; 2) they failed to meet this burden; and 3) the juvenile court is not required to make an express finding on a parent's participation in his or her court ordered treatment plan.
