Vebr v. Culp, G050730

In a negligence action brought by an employee of a painting contractor against the owners of the home he was painting when he fell 15 feet from a ladder provided by the painting contractor and injured himself, the trail court's grant of summary judgment for defendants is affirmed where there are no triable issues of material fact, as there is no evidence showing that anyone did anything or failed to do anything that caused plaintiff to fall off the ladder, and there was no hazardous condition at defendants' residence.
