In a negligence action against a school, in which a student-plainitff was attacked by another student who was previously treated by the school-defendant for symptoms indicative of schizophrenia disorder, the trial court's judgment in favor of plaintiff is reversed where a public university has no general duty to protect its students from the criminal acts of other students.
