Sentence and conviction of forcible lewd touching of a child under age 14 are affirmed over defendant's claims that the trial court erred by admitting evidence of uncharged alleged rapes both to attack and bolster victim's credibility without informing the jury of his prior acquittals. However, several instances of prosecutorial misconduct did take place and the prosecuting attorney's conduct will be reported to the State Bar of California.
