Parole imposed pursuant to Penal Code section 1170.18 (a), (b) and (d), for conviction of felony possession of heroin, Health and Safety Code section 11350(a), is affirmed over claims that the court erred when it resentenced him to a misdemeanor. However, the restitution fine imposed is remanded for recalculation where the court erred by failing to credit defendant's excess custody days against his parole time and eligible fines.
