California Court of Appeal
In re Liam L., D067729
In a mother's challenge to a placement order in the juvenile dependency case of her minor children, placing them with their presumed father and noncustodial parent, the order is affirmed where: 1) the non-custodial parent's failure to file a section 388 petition was harmless because the issue of placement with him was before the court with the consent of all parties; and 2) the juvenile court's finding that the minor's placement with noncustodial parent would not be detrimental was supported by substantial evidence.
