In a dispute involving the proper licensure of a city contractor, the trial court's bench judgment, that contractor did not have a valid license while performing work for the city and order to disgorge all compensation paid to it by the city, is reversed where the trial court improperly denied contractor a jury trial on the issues of whether it had a valid license and the amount of disgorgement.
