Holmes v. Cal. Victim Compensation & Gov. Claims Bd., D066716

In an action by a plaintiff erroneously convicted of a crime who filed a claim for indemnity with the California Victim Compensation and Government Claims Board for pecuniary injury sustained through the erroneous conviction and imprisonment or incarceration, Pen. Code sections 4900 et seq., the trial court's decision upholding the Board's finding, that claimant had not sustained pecuniary injury, is affirmed where the claimant had not satisfied his burden of proof.
