California Court of Appeal

In re Marriage of Siegel, A140559

In an action arising out of a dissolution of marriage agreement and judgment, brought by former husband arguing that he was denied due process because the trial court's orders exceeded the relief requested by former wife in the Request for Orders and he had inadequate notice of the relief, and that the family court impermissibly modified a judgment that was nonmodifiable on its terms, the trial court's judgment is reversed where it erred by issuing an order that far exceeded the relief requested by former wife.
