Trial court's order of probation for felony charge of possessing a controlled substance, Pen Code section 1320(b), which by operation of a November 2014 initiative had been reduced to a misdemeanor at the time of its dismissal, Health & Saf. Code section 11377, is reversed where the trial court's action of suspending sentence and granting probation were unauthorized.
