In an action brought by a bailbond company the trial court's denial of its motion under Penal Code section 1305.4 to extend the 185-day appearance period, its order denying a Code of Civil Procedure section 1008 motion to reconsider, and the summary judgments on the two bail bonds, is affirmed where there was no abuse of discretion.
