Sentence for conviction of felony possession of methamphetamine. Health & Saf. Code section 11377(a), misdemeanor being under the influence of methamphetamine with three prior convictions for the same offense, Health & Saf. Code section 11550(a) and (b)(1), and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, Health & Saf. Code former section 11364.1, is affirmed over claims that Proposition 47 affords defendant a hearing under section 1170.18(a) for persons currently serving a sentence for a conviction, whether by trial or plea, of a felony or felonies who would have been guilty of a misdemeanor under the act had the act been in effect at the time of the offense.
