People v. Lopez, H040726

Sentence for conviction of felony possession of methamphetamine. Health & Saf. Code section 11377(a), misdemeanor being under the influence of methamphetamine with three prior convictions for the same offense, Health & Saf. Code section 11550(a) and (b)(1), and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, Health & Saf.
