California Court of Appeal

People v. Nemwan, B255339

Sentence and convictions of robbery, burglary and two counts of felony false imprisonment arising out of a single incident, are: 1) affirmed as to conviction over claim that there was insufficient evidence of the "violence" element of felony false imprisonment; but 2) remanded for resentencing where the trial court erred in applying Penal Code section 654 to even one of the two false imprisonment convictions.
