In a class action complaints filed against a hospital raising wage and labor violations, the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of defendant on the ground plaintiff's wage and labor claims were time-barred, is: 1) affirmed in part as to claims subject to a one-year limitations period; and 2) reversed in part under the tolling principles of American Pipe & Construction Co. v. Utah (1974) 414 U.S. 538, as to claims subject to a three-or four-year limitations period.
