Sentence for conviction of dissuading a witness from testifying, Pen. Code seciton 136(a)(1), and making a criminal threat, section 422, is: 1) modified as to a condition of defendant's probation in order to avoid unconstitutional overbreadth; but 2) otherwise affirmed over claims of evidentiary error, prosecutorial misconduct, and failure to instruct the jury on the lesser included offense of attempting to make a criminal threat.
