In a lawsuit alleging defendant had engaged in disability discrimination when plaintiffs attempted to view available units at an apartment complex, the trial court's grant of summary judgment to defendants is affirmed where ruling was not an abuse of discretion, however the cost award is reversed and remanded for reconsideration in light of Williams v. Chino Valley Independent Fire District (2015) 61 Cal.4th 97.
