Sentence and conviction of premeditated attempted murder, Pen. Code sections 664(a) and 187(a), assault with a deadly weapon, section 245(a)(1), and burglary, section 459, with special findings that defendant personally used a deadly and dangerous weapon within the meaning of section 12022(b)(1), are affirmed over her claim that the trial court erred in denying her Batson/Wheeler motions after the prosecutor exercised peremptory challenges to excuse three African-American female prospective jurors who had close family members with mental health issue.
