California Court of Appeal

Leber v. DKD of Davis, C075204

In a "lemon law" case, brought after plaintiffs bought a truck with an allegedly defective transmission, the trial court's grant of summary judgment to car dealer-defendant is affirmed where no triable issue of fact exists because at time of purchase, plaintiffs signed numerous documents including a "Buyers Guide" which states the truck was bought "used," "AS IS-NO WARRANTY."
