Mira Overseas Consulting v. Muse Family Enterprises, B254298

In a dispute alleging causes of action for breach of contract and fraud, and seeking to set aside real property quitclaim deeds as fraudulent transfers, the trial court's determination, that the judgment lien of plaintiff had priority over defendants' judgment lien because it was filed first, is reversed where a judgment granting a fraudulent transfer claim, as well as monetary damages, relate back to the date on which the claimants recorded a lis pendens.
