People v. McNally, B253141

Former federal corrections peace officer's conviction for the second degree murder, Pen. Code sections 187(a) and 189, of a fellow officer is affirmed over claims that: 1) the conviction is not supported by the evidence; 2) there were evidentiary and instructional errors; 3) the trial court abused its discretion in denying his request to release juror identifying information after the verdict was entered; and 4) the prosecutor misstated the law of "accident" in closing argument.
