California Court of Appeal
Cafferkey v. City & County of San Francisco, A140752
In a suit for a property tax refund, alleging the City created their lot "by mistake" and not in accordance with Gov. Code section 327, which specifies requirements for identifying property on assessor's maps, summary judgment to the City is affirmed where the Assessor-Recorder created the lot pursuant to its authority under section 327, and plaintiffs have failed to raise an issue of fact as to whether the assessor's maps comply with that statute.
