In re Establishment of The Press-Enterprise as a Newspaper of General Circulation, E058979

In an action to be established as a "newspaper of general circulation," the trial court's judgment that the the Press-Enterprise is a newspaper of general circulation for Corona is reversed where the plaintiff does not qualify for Gov. Code section 6006 exemption to the requirement that a newspaper must be printed in the place of publication.
