Civil Code section 1747.08 of the Song-Beverly Credit Card Act, sections 1747 et seq., does not apply to an online purchase of merchandise that the buyer elects to pick up at the seller's retail store, thus the trial court's judgment in favor of defendant-seller is affirmed.
