In a minor's appeal of an order continuing him as a ward of the court, alleging that the amendment of the order to include a charge that he committed a battery with injury on a peace officer while detained at juvenile hall, Penal Code sections 242 and 243(c)(2) the order is: 1) affirmed where the amendment to the order did not violate the minor's due process rights; but 2) modified where there is insufficient evidence that the battery on the peace officer caused an injury.
