Agam v. Gavra, H038537

In a dispute between former partners of a Los Altos real estate development project, alleging breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty, the trial court's judgment in favor of plaintiff is affirmed where: 1) the court did not misallocate the burden of proof on plaintiff's breach of contract claim; and 2) the judgment was sufficiently supported by the evidence.
