In a dispute between shareholders of multiple corporations and LLCs, alleging fiduciary duty breach, fraudulent concealment, unjust enrichment, conversion, dissolution and other claims related t parties' troubled real estate business relationship, the trial court's denial of motion to stay dissolution and appoint appraisers to permit a buyout to occur, under section Corp. Code 2000(a), is affirmed where the statutory buyout provision did not supplant the dissolution action.
