In a legal malpractice action brought by former parties to a Probate dispute against the attorney who drafted a trust amendment that was not in accordance with the decedent's intentions, the trial courts judgment sustaining defendant's demurrer to plaintiff's first complaint is reversed and remanded to give plaintiffs leave to amend.
