The opinion filed on February 17, 2015 is modified so as to strike defendant's five-year sentence enhancements imposed for counts 3 and 4 (felon in possession of a firearm) and count 5 (evading a peace officer), where the enhancement under Penal Code section 667(a)(1) applies only to the "serious" felonies listed in section 1192.7(c), and neither possession of a firearm by a felon nor evading a peace officer is on the list.
