In this case, defendants were convicted and sentenced on charges of attempted murder, shooting at an inhabited dwelling, and related offenses. The court imposed various sentence enhancements. The judgment is modified to strike the five-year enhancements under Penal Code section 667(a)(1) as to counts 3 and 4, but otherwise affirmed, where the enhancement under section 667(a)(1) applies only to "serious" felonies listed in section 1192.7(c), and possession of a firearm by a felon is not one of them.
