Judgment of the trial court granting defendant's motion to dismiss, on grounds that defendant did not carry a loaded firearm on his person as he was wearing a backpack containing the loaded revolver-at-issue, is reversed, where a defendant wearing a backpack containing a firearm carries the firearm on his or her person for the purposes of Penal Code section 25850(a).
