Conviction of defendant for one count of assault with a deadly weapon and three counts of making criminal threats is reversed as to two counts of making criminal threats based on a single 15 minute incident during which defendant continuously menaced the victim and twice threatened to kill the victim and his family, where defendant's threatening behavior amounted to only a single violation of Penal Code section 422.
