Denial of plaintiff-juvenile's petition for writ of mandate seeking relief from mandatory sex offender registration is reversed with directions to grant the petition, where requiring mandatory sex offender registration for those adjudicated of violating Penal Code section 647.6 as juveniles only if they are committed to the Division of Juvenile Justice because they have committed another non-sex crime violates the equal protection clauses of the federal and state Constitutions.
