California Court of Appeal
In re J.C., B255676
In this order modifying the juvenile court’s opinion filed December 26, 2014, the disposition is changed to reflect that the court’s jurisdictional and dispositional orders concerning appellant-father M.C. are affirmed. M.C. appealed from the juvenile court orders taking jurisdiction of his son and placing him in foster care, but the juvenile court's orders are affirmed because the court assumed jurisdiction in part based on misconduct by the mother and because substantial evidence supports the jurisdictional and dispositional findings.
