In this case, defendant appeals from an order denying its motion to stay the action pending arbitration. The appeal is dismissed, however, where: 1) defendant did not concurrently file a petition to compel arbitration; and 2) because the trial court’s denial of the stay motion was unaccompanied by any motion or petition to compel arbitration, it is not an appealable order.
