In this negligent supervision case, an elementary school teacher sexually molested plaintiff-minors. The jury awarded the minors economic and non-economic damages. Denial of defendant school district’s motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict is affirmed, where the evidence supported the application of equitable estoppel and the trial court did not otherwise err.
